AGRIC DEPARTMENT |
| The local Government cultivated 70 acres of maize farmland each years(2004, 2005 and 2006).
Maize cribes were constructed in the local Government Secretariat as storage facility.
Construction of modern poultry houses and stocking of 1,400 birds at the Local Government Secretariat, ijebu-jesa.
Construction of fishpond near the Local government Secretariat, Ijebu-Jesa.
800 bags of fertilizer were sold at subsidized rate to the Local government Farmers’ congress.
The Local Government Sponsored farmers to Agric Workshop tagged” Cocoa Rebirth” at Ibadan.
Construction and stocking of modern piggery house at local government Secretariat Premises Ijebu-Jesa.
Purchase and distribution of 1000 cutlasses for the farmers in Oriade Local Government.
Purchase of Agric machine for the use of the Local Government e.g: Lister engine, Maize Shelter, Sprayer, Water Pump etc. |
EDUCATION |
Payment of Bursary award to students of Tertiary Institutions who are indigenes of Oriade Local government
Distribution of 47,500 Exercise books and writing Materials to the School with additional 20,000 Exercise Books and other Writing Materials ready for Distribution by His Excellency, The Executive of Governor of Osun state
550 Benches and Desks were made and ready for distribution to all the primary Schools in Oriade Local Government by his Excellency.
- Training of Computer Operators
- Employment of several Permanent Staff and 200 Asaju Corpers.
- Provision of Chalk and writing materials to Schools in Oriade Local Government.

| Distribution of N1m and N2m grants in aid to the Communities with self-help project in the Local Government Area in 2003, 2004,2005 and 2006, 2007 respectively.
Organizing Chairman’s Football Cup Competition in all the wards of the Local Government area.
Sponsorship of women for Workshops/ Seminars on the danger of harmful traditional practices e.g Genital Mutilation.
Production and distribution of the yearly Calendars.
Inauguration of Community Development committees at the local Government.
Provision of cooperate wall clocks for distribution. |

Construction of Oriade Silver pot Garden at Olumirin waterfalls Erin-Ijesa to serve as recreational centre for tourists.
Extension of Electricity from Erin-Ijesa to olumirin water falls.
Construction of Five(5) conical sheds at Olumirin Water falls, Erin-Ijesa.
Construction of Culverts and retaining walls in the twelve wards of the Local Government area.
construction of car park and drivers office at the Government secretariat.
Rural Electrfication Project at Omo-Ijesa.
Repair & Resuscitation of pipe-borne water at Ijebu-Jesa major streets.
Asphaltic tarring of Elegboro Tripartite Palace Road at Ijebu-Ijesa.
Provision of motorized boreholes at:

- Ikeji-Arakeji
Construction of line drainages worth over N40,000,000.
